Richard Builders works with licensed, reliable subcontractors on custom homes and commercial interior projects. We’re looking for trade partners who show up prepared, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing quality work.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with subcontractors we can count on, not cycle through new crews every job.

You must be properly licensed, insured, and able to provide references if requested.

Once reviewed, your information is added to our subcontractor list. When a project fits your trade and availability, we’ll reach out.
